While
all ZenErgie
Living.™ consultations
provide our clients with home or business numerology, analysis
of the compass directions, Lo Shu Square and Pa Kua numbers, your
consultation will be tailored to meet your personal goals and
objectives.
Residential
& Business
Feng Shui Consultations
For the most effective consultation we will need you to provide
us with two things, three days prior to your consultation:
1. The client questionnaire, and 2. An accurate floorplan indicating
North and South compass directions.
Basic Activation Shui: After the initial overview
of the compass directions and Lo Shu Square this consultation
will concentrate on one or two life / business aspiration areas
that you want to focus on. Allow 2 – 3 hours. Remember Feng
Shui affects every member of your household and staff. Young children
and animals can be more sensitive to the chi in the home than
adults. Don’t forget to ask how we can work in these areas
to bring benefit to all members of the family. For business consultations,
we will focus on the areas that are most important to your business
which might include employee relations, attracting new clientele
or increasing revenues.
Full House / Business Shui’ing: this consultation
consists of two visits and an expanded written report. A comprehensive
analysis is performed on both the interior and exterior of the
home or business. Allow 60-90 minutes for the first visit where
compass measurements and pictures will be taken as well as getting
an understanding of your unique goals and objectives. Within two
weeks after the first consultation we will return with a comprehensive
written report that analyzes each area of the home or business
and gives you suggested remedies to be implemented. Allow two
hours for the second visit so we can thoroughly explain our recommendations
to you. In addition, this package includes two follow-up phone
consultations within one year of the initial visit.
Remodeling Shui
After the initial overview of the compass directions
and Lo Shu Square this consultation will focus on the proposed
areas to be remodeled. Your consultant will work with you to find
the most auspicious way to add on to the home and make recommendations
for keeping the home’s energy balanced during and after
the remodel.
 Landscaping
Shui
After the initial overview of the compass
directions and Lo Shu Square this consultation will focus on the
area to be landscaped. Our consultant can recommend the
best area to place your pool, fire pit, barbecue, etc. The
consultant can work with your landscape architect during the development
of your landscape plans. In addition, we can provide holistic
design techniques to balance the five elements in the outdoor
environment.
 Purchasing
a New Home or Finding a Business Location
Using the Flying Star method of Feng Shui, your consultant can
accompany you to the homes or businesses you are considering purchasing
/ leasing and analyze if the environment will be an auspicious
fit for you. We can also work with your architect if you
are building a custom home or business space.
Selling your Home
In today’s competitive environment, a well
staged home has the advantage. With this consultation, your

Living.™ consultant
will give you honest, objective advice on how to make your home
a showcase that will appeal to the most discriminate buyer.
Clutter Clearing
Clearing clutter is an important part of Feng
Shui. Clutter is the arch enemy of free flowing chi. Ideally,
clutter clearing should take place on a daily basis, but let’s
face it, that doesn’t usually happen. If you spend
just a little time every month getting rid of things you no longer
use, need or love you will feel the energy shift in your environment.

Space Clearing
It’s
like the icing on the cake, the ideal way to end your Feng Shui
consultation. The walls in your home or business are porous
and absorb the energy and emotions of the occupants and customers
who use the space. A space clearing is a great way to release
the negative chi, and at the same time energize and lift the vibration
of your home or business. Anytime is a refreshing time for a space
clearing, but certainly you will want to have one done when you
move into a new home or office, you notice a shift in the vibrational
energy of your environment, or you feel stuck and need a new lease
on life. At ZenErgie
Living.™ we recommend
doing a space clearing four times a year in conjunction with the
change in the seasons. Make sure the environment is cleaned
before your space clearing and try to eliminate as much clutter
as possible.
Additional Services
 Feng
Shui for Holiday & Seasonal Events: Anytime you make
changes to your home whether it is purchasing new furniture, remodeling
or decluttering you change the flow of the chi in your home. This
can also take place when installing Christmas decorations or hosting
a large party or event. At ZenErgie
Living.™ we are
available to help you properly Feng Shui for the holidays or any
major event that you may be hosting. Event planning services are
also available upon request.
Holistic
Design: While we incorporate basic design techniques
into each consultation, we can focus an entire consultation on
the holistic design concepts of Feng Shui by making sure that
every area of your home or business is represented by the five
elements in a balanced way.
Let’s
go Shopping: Many of the remedies that will be suggested
during your consultation are easily implemented by moving the
items that you already own to different areas of the space. On
occasion some of the suggested items may need to be purchased.
